Leon is focused on Finance, Systems, Equipment Development and the architect behind how VentRight runs – and how it scales. He oversees financial operations, core business systems, and equipment development, ensuring the team is always equipped with the right tools to deliver the best possible results. From evaluating new technology to refining operational flow, Leon focuses on building a foundation where quality, efficiency, and consistency aren’t optional – they’re built in. Brittany is the backbone of VentRight’s day-to-day operations and a steady presence behind the scenes. She oversees scheduling, billing, and customer coordination, ensuring every job runs smoothly from the first call to the final invoice. Organized, knowledgeable, and detail-driven, Brittany helps set the standard for how VentRight communicates and delivers. She keeps the ship upright and operations moving forward.

Jaye is VentRight’s Director of Field operations, resident vent diagnostician, and go-to problem solver – and a proud Army veteran. He leads site evaluations and technical diagnostics, with a sharp eye for airflow issues, code compliance concerns, and best-practice solutions others often miss. Creative in finding paths to success where others have failed, “quiet” is not in his vocabulary – but precision and safety always are. With deep knowledge of building codes and vent-cleaning standards, Jaye sets the technical standard for every job.
