I see a lot of fake posts in social media groups about dryer vent cleaning, so I did my own research and found Vent Right. I was able to get on their schedule within a few days and the technician was kind, and a good troubleshooter. He figured out that there’s was a some lint, but my main issue was the bird guard on the outside wasn’t compatible, causing a buildup of lint and condensation (which was why my clothes were taking forever to dry). He cleaned the lint from the machine to outside, and added a new outside dryer bird guard. He also inspected my dryer to make sure everything else was ok too. My laundry/dryer is on my second floor, and the technician was great with getting into smaller spaces to service the dryer in my laundry room and a ladder outside to clean the lint and change the bird guard.
This was worth every penny because now my clothes, sheets and everything dry so nicely and quickly!

Got my dryer vent cleaned. They do exactly what they say and are very easy to deal with. As someone in the fire protection field this is the exact kind of service that gets overlooked and is potentially life saving besides that it also is helping keep your dryer working more efficiently. Also the staff is so good with dogs and kids theres no worry with them coming to our hectic home.

We had a duct & vent assessment done, free of charge. I appreciated the messaging letting us know when the workers would arrive and a photo and small personal info regarding the senior technician. He explained the entire process of cleaning and showed us photos of what was inside our HVAC ducts. Both techs were professional and friendly.
