Just had my annual dryer vent cleaning (2025 Update : I also had my bathroom vent cleaned this year in addition to my dryer vent - I AM SO HAPPY I DID! They are both working like brand new equipment now) and once again, what a great company! The customer service is excellent (Ana, Britney - looking at you!) and from the time that I spoke with a representative until their technician came to clean my dryer vent was extremely fast. The tech was very courteous and professional. One thing that truly stood out was the fact that unlike some other companies, when the job was done and the technician left, there was not a single speck of dirt or lint to be found. It's obviously important to have your dryer vent cleaned regularly to avoid the possibility of a fire hazard, but getting it done right and not having to clean up after they leave is especially nice. My house is clean, I don't have to worry about a fire hazard and my vent is squeaky clean and purring like a kitten! I would recommend hiring VentRight to everyone.
