Today, Jaye from VentRight came to clean out my dryer vent. I had a birds nest in there and all the dryer lint had backed up. It was a mess. He was wonderful. He was professional polite explained everything cleaned up. I cannot rave enough about what a wonderful experience it was with him today.
I got a text when I made the appointment. I got a text when Jaye was on his way (with his picture) and I got a text afterwards. Great communication from this company.

Customer service was amazing.
Technician that showed up was courteous and knowledgeable. And he put on a pair of booties before entering my house so he wouldnt track any dirt. Even my surgeon didn’t put on booties! Highly recommended (vent right of course. not my surgeon. Stay away from that guy)

I found the technicians that came to service our home were not only on time and professional but they actually cleaned the area that they work in. They were fast friendly and efficient. The gentlemen were very nice and cleaned up everything when they were finished. They were here for about 20 minutes. I thought it was pretty quick. They gave us a 10% percent discount. I thought it was a little pricey but other than that service was good.

Got my dryer vent cleaned. They do exactly what they say and are very easy to deal with. As someone in the fire protection field this is the exact kind of service that gets overlooked and is potentially life saving besides that it also is helping keep your dryer working more efficiently.

They were fast friendly and efficient. The gentlemen were very nice and cleaned up everything when they were finished. They were here for about 20 minutes. I thought it was pretty quick. They gave us a 10% percent discount. I thought it was a little pricey but other than that service was good.
